What is the cancellation policy?

At OrderUp, our cancellation policy is designed to ensure a fair experience for both customers and our partner restaurants. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within the first five minutes of placing it to avoid any charges. If it has been more than five minutes, cancellation may still be possible, but you will need to contact our customer support team directly for assistance. In cases where the restaurant has already started preparing your order, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee covers the costs incurred by the restaurant for the preparation of the food. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, but please keep in mind that frequent or repeated cancellations are discouraged as they impact the overall service quality.
