How do I cancel or change an order?
To cancel or change an order, please log in to your Ibex account, navigate to your order history, and locate the order you wish to modify. Click on the order and follow the prompts to either cancel or make changes to the items in your order. If you encounter any difficulties, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. Please note that orders may only be canceled or changed within a specific time frame before they are processed and shipped.
