What is your return policy for books?

Our return policy for books is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the book. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the book must be in its original condition for us to accept the return. Once we receive the book and confirm its condition, we will process a refund back to the original form of payment. However, please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. We strive to make the return process as seamless as possible, guaranteeing a positive experience for our valued customers.
