Our cancellation policy for a scheduled move is as follows: If you need to cancel your move, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled date. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedule and accommodate other clients. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, you may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we do our best to work with our clients and find a mutually beneficial solution. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your move.
