Last night, shortly before closing time, I visited your Bryson City NC store. While in the store, my husband noticed several employees, including a manager, moving items and boxes to their personal vehicles. An older cashier loaded items into her car around 9:30 pm. We saw an older maroon 4x4 vehicle in the parking lot. They left and then returned to the loading dock area to load numerous boxes into the truck's bed. Handtrucks with boxes were also used. After we left, I saw a grey older model car with a female driver pull up to the front door. They waited for us to leave before loading items into that car. I managed to take some pictures of the car. Having worked for Family Dollar in Georgia years ago, this seemed like a well-planned operation. The items and boxes were divided among three separate cars. The associates and manager appeared to be cooperating and were careful to conceal most of their actions.

I had two disappointing encounters at the Family Dollar in Dover, Delaware at [redacted] South Governors Avenue, Store #[redacted], involving the store manager. During my first visit, I tried to return a stained shirt and oversized pajama bottoms without a receipt, requesting store credit, but the manager denied my request, citing the holiday as the reason, even though it was only October. Feeling mistreated, I left without resolving the issue. On my second visit on November 16 at 8 p.m., the same manager followed me around suspiciously, questioning my actions and accusing me of stealing when I decided not to make a purchase and left items behind. His behavior was embarrassing and unacceptable. I am eagerly awaiting a response and resolution to this matter, as I have already submitted online complaints without a satisfactory outcome. I prefer not to return to Family Dollar after these incidents and will inform others about my negative experiences. My name is Brittany A., and you can reach me at [redacted].

I visited the Britt Iowa store on Friday, November 24th, [redacted], around 10:30 a.m. to buy items for Thanksgiving. While checking out with the cashier, Tom, he made a suggestive comment about using whipped cream. I immediately declined, explaining I was preparing for a family meal. My husband, who was with me, also heard the remark. I am appalled by the inappropriate behavior of a senior employee towards a married couple. I hope the security cameras captured the incident. I will avoid returning to this store until this matter is addressed.

I was wrongly accused and banned from Family Dollar. I need this resolved today or I will have to consider legal action. I do not steal, and there should be no footage of me doing so. I have the means to pay for items, so there is no reason for me to steal. To lift the ban from the store I frequent, we must address this promptly. You can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you and best regards. A. K. Bennett.
