It's convenient for you that your new employer also uses ADP. In fact, you don't need to create another account. You can add your new employer to your existing ADP account. You will need a registration code from your new employer to do this. Once you have that, log into your ADP account, go to the "Myself" tab, then "Pay" and "Manage Direct Deposit".
